- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This company was incredibly unprofessional and unprepared. They had poor communication. Neil talked down and condescending to me. In a conversation I told Neil that I was the customer and that I felt he was talking down to me. His response was, "no I'm not". Really? They didn't seem to care about the customer or tried to do what it took to get the job done. I needed them to come to my office in order to get the paper work signed in time to get my house to close and it was an inconvenience for them. While signing Neil kept missplacing papers and was confused as to what we had signed and where things where. I tried to use a different company, but the sellers agent insisted on them.
